Shipping 

All orders ship from our Edinburgh studio, where we make batches weekly to ensure you receive the freshest possible product. Once you have placed your order, it will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Please note that following sales or holidays, it may take an extra day or two to process orders as we cope with increased demand.

International orders ship with full tracking and insurance for a flat rate of £8 for orders under £100. UK orders are shipped with the standard Royal Mail service, which does not include tracking, and normally takes 1-3 working days. International standard delivery can take between 1 and 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the country.  Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or regulations.

We also offer a flat rate expedited delivery with UPS, which will be shown once you have added items to your cart, this service does come with tracking.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet shipped.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can only accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from this website. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@asterandbay.com.
